Port Wine Broiled Grapefruit

Hello Everyone. This is your online personal training coach Yuriy Nagorny.
So today I have a special recipe for you. Think that deserts are all full of sugar and are very unhealthy? Think again!
Below is the video on how to make one of the deserts I like to eat in the morning after my omelet!
Brace Yourselves:

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 Tbsp. port wine

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

 

Super Comlicated Directions (E=MC^2)

Preheat broiler. Cut grapefruit into halves and section. Place grapefruit in a baking pan, sprinkle with wine, place pan about 2 inches from the broiler, and broil about 5 minutes. Watch carefully so they don’t burn. Serves 4.
